applications:
STMP is used as a stabilizer in various food products, particularly in milk-based puddings and processed cheeses. It can also be used to improve water retention in some food products.
STMP is also used as a water softener in water treatment applications, as a corrosion inhibitor, protecting metal pipes and equipment from damage, in some detergent formulations to enhance cleaning power and in the manufacturing of plasterboard and drywall to improve their properties.
