Methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride is a curing agent for Epoxy resins, used in epoxy paints and adhesives. MTHPA is also used in reinforced plastic application, for filament wound products (glass fiber reinforced plastics, pipelines for oilfield, poles and sport goods), printed circuit boards, laminated boards, and switchgears.
